Four restorative poses practiced on a bolster where all you need to do is turn 90 degrees between each shape. We start on the right side, then turn to Open Bridge, follow with the left side and finish lying on the belly. Take the time to elevate your pelvis in these shapes and enjoy the rotisserie process (rolling around in very slow motion!)
Props: a couple of blankets and a bolster or 2 firm pillows.
