In this class we stay close to the floor to get a sense what it’s like to move our arms, legs, head and tail from the core of our body. After some gentle movement waking up our core and moving from that place, we will hold some poses to stimulate the hips and lower body. Next, we loosen out the upper body in a free, intuitive way authentic to you. The invitation is to feel your body as integrated and whole. Some of the poses we practice are Half Happy Baby pose, Thread the Needle, Cat Cow and some free, intuitive movement.
