We'll move through a reasonably active flow of poses while staying mindful of what is going on in our body at the moment. The invitation is to adapt where necessary and keep meeting your body with kindness and wise effort. We use asana and mobility work – first mobilising and releasing tension from the spine, upper body and lower body, and then we'll do a standing pose flow to enjoy our strength! Come and join me; my body felt so much better after this class!
Please have a bolster (or couple of large, firm pillows) and a cushion for the end of the practice.
