Are you experiencing lower back pain? Myofascial release, combined with Yin yoga, can be very effective for relieving pain. In this practice we focus specifically on the lower back. You will need a small ball (tennis ball, massage ball etc) and your favourite Yin yoga props (blocks/bolster) are optional, but recommended. Get ready to deeply massage your muscles and relieve those aches and pains. I experience a lot of relief from sciatica after this practice so I hope it’s effective for you too.This class is not limited to those with back pain, so go ahead and practice with me if you feel like having a stretch and a massage!
