Join me for a descending chakra meditation that will leave you feeling grounded, calm, peaceful and focused. This technique is easy to follow, however it is expected that you have basic knowledge of the chakra system. We spend time meditating on each chakra using the mantra: SoHam. This meditation is semi-guided, and you will get instructions to follow and have time in silence to focus on each chakra and chant your mantra with your breath.
