In this moderately challenging class we explore the theme of being in challenge and allowing it into our awareness in a healthy way. Throughout the postures we’ll keep bringing our attention back to our mindset and breath to help us drop in and become more comfortable in the uncomfortable. There’ll be lots of Vinyasas, some twists, side plank, balancing poses, finishing up with Dancer’s pose. We’ll finish with a nice, juicy hip-opening posture and a relaxing Savasana. This one is sure to leave you feeling stronger, inside and out!
