Many of us love to see the world, yet may not love the idea of getting on a plane, or simply traveling long distances; it can be stressful, ungrounding, and for some, even overwhelming. This is a meditation and visualisation to support you. Repeat it as often as you need, especially on the days when travel is approaching and you feel unease begin to rise.
