A relaxing session that begins with releasing tension around the ribs, solar plexus and diaphragm. After that we practice some deep, yogic breathing. The invitation is to release tension and get your chi to flow freely and circulate through your body. Enjoy the possible positive effects like a spacious, joyful feeling and the freedom that can come from a possible emotional release. Remember you can always slow the pace down, breathe less deeply and thus regulate your own experience. This session is nice to do regularly to keep yourself from tensing up too much, or for times when you feel mentally overstimulated.
