In this short practice, we use a wonderful balancing technique introduced by neuroscientist, Andrew Huberman, in his podcast about meditation. We begin by repeating this technique twice, then move into a short but relatively quickly paced flow, including a physical balancing practice. To finish, we repeat Huberman's technique one more time. A perfect little practice as a 'middle of the day' break, or for when you'd like to refocus your mind.
