Explore your mobility focusing on lower body joints and tissues. In this class you will challenge all major joints such as ankles, knees and hips, testing out your joint and muscle flexibility, as well as having some playtime with a couple of (optional) inversions and funky balances. This practice is not suitable if deep lunges, deep squats and Skandasana are not appropriate for your body because of injury, but is perfectly safe for those with healthy joints. There are some tricky transitions and standing balances in this class such as standing Sundial and a fun variation of Half Moon pose, so be ready to have some fun with your body!
