Sun Salutations warm us up and lead us into some creative transitions as we play with Fallen Triangle and some fun, challenging Plank work. Crescent pose and all three Warriors come out to play during our standing sequence. Then it’s time to get down on the ground and do our core work and backbends! Finally, we go down the path of least resistance with a little hip work/twisting on the back. We top it all off with a nice, relaxing Savasana.
