One of my favourite ways to think about the physical yoga practice, is as a self-massage in motion. That is what we practice here - moving in a way that feels good. To open up, to release any tension, or simply to appreciate the joy of being embodied. We weave into our flow lots of side stretches, rolling of the spine, heart openers and twists, looking for 'delicious' sensations.
