This ‘gentle’ movement flow practice invites you into your senses while exploring the amazing ways our bodies move. There are quite a bit of hip-opening movements and bending at the knees, which can all be modified to suit your current circumstances. There is also a lot of ‘waving’ through the whole body and mobilising the arms and legs to explore movement and space, all the while, cultivating present moment awareness.
