Just for now, let yourself sink into stillness. Just for now, lay down the weight you so patiently bear upon your shoulders. Feel the earth receive you and the infinite expanse of the sky grow even wider, as your awareness reaches up to meet it. These words are taken from a poem by Danna Faulds, and our class together will work with this invitation. We work to open and soften the areas of the hips, chest and upper body. It’s a big invitation to soften, get mobile, relax, expand and open our channels of energy so we can feel more alive.
