To loosen up and relax brings a renewal of mind and a rekindling of spirit and vitality as you feel strength in your body again. This is the paradox; that at times, relaxing and letting go can bring us more in touch with our strength than a strong practice will. So join me in this delicious practice that will help you to unwind, loosen up, and relax. We still move actively all the way through, but with the focus on loosening out out and we'll enjoy doing a bit of strength work towards the end. If you enjoy this, try my first Loosen up class too!
