This medium-length class begins with a healthy dose of core work, followed by a set of Sun Salutes for some heat. We’ll then throw in a little Eagle action for balance, and season with a Warrior 3 and let’s not forget a fun Dancer’s pose moment and some Wild Thing work! We round things out with a lovely stretch into the hips while resting on the back. Makes for a sweet reset!
