In this talk and practice, we’ll look at restlessness. We explore physical versus mental restlessness, the possible causes for restlessness, and easily accessible exercises we can do to help calm it. We also practice breathwork, as well as a Yoga Nidra-inspired, full body relaxation to support you to feel more at ease.
