Anger, frustration and resentment can often be difficult to own and express healthily, especially for generally peace-loving yogis like us! However, in order for us to be fully connected to our emotions and our inner truths and boundaries, we need to find constructive ways to feel and deal with them. Here, we explore how to let this energy flow, as well as what our anger is trying to tell us. We also reflect on potential ways in which we might want or need to speak our mind and or/set healthy, supportive boundaries. When used this way, these emotions can be catalysed into something constructive. Then, we practice a calming meditation and see ourselves in a healthy, strong, empowered state.
