This practice is suitable for those times when you want to lift your mood and increase your energy. We warm our hips up briefly in a seated position. Then most of our time together is spent in a wide legged standing position (Goddess pose) from which we flow through a mindful, energetic sequence, incorporating some elements of Qigong. Also expect some Warrior poses and the focus that comes from practicing Garudasana (Eagle pose). During the whole practice you are reminded to relax and feel rather than think, and to be rather than do. Coming out of your head and into your body will give your energy a boost! Enjoy, friends!
