Start your day off gently and intentionally, with this combination of meditation and gentle flow. We'll begin with a seated meditation, in which we ground and center our energy, and consciously choose an intention and focus for the day based on what we need in the moment. After infusing ourselves with energy, we'll transition into some mindful and gentle flow, to get everything moving and opened up, ready for the day.
