Joints are a very important pathway for energy to flow properly through our bodies. You may be surprised how moving and loosening the joints can invigorate your whole day. I have recently incorporated this short sequence before any of my practices and it makes a huge difference. It’s also surprising how quickly internal heat can be felt when doing this. You can do this practice on its own, or as a warm up to another class - just notice how the sequence afterward feels in your body, energy and mind.
