This up-tempo fusion of yoga and pilates focuses on toning and strengthening the back muscles, glutes and core. Strengthening these parts of our bodies is essential for back health and good posture, and these areas tend to get weaker through a sedentary lifestyle. A relatively short practice, but it packs a punch as we get into it quickly, with some more cooling moments towards the end.
