In this one hour class, we take some time to drop in and explore our bodies in a deeper way. We maintain a continuous rhythm and pace as we build heat through Sun salutations and repetitive hamstring work in our standing poses. We follow with a series of twisting poses and a focus on alignment as we round out the first half. Next, a sprinkling of core work, some nice back bends and hip opening. All capped off with a lovely Savasana!
