Feeling stagnant? This is a practice to help get your energy moving and stretch out any physical kinks. We start lying down, moving gradually into a mini Tabletop / Downward dog flow and then into some standing poses. We come full circle and end up back down on the mat again for Pigeon and a flowing Bridge. A gentle, quiet class which will leave you feeling nourished and restored. (Optional props: 1 or 2 bricks)
