This longer class works on the shoulder and hips. You will most likely feel wonderfully renewed after it! We use a belt to help us access our shoulders and our upper and side body. We work through some lunges and variations of Warrior III, Reverse triangle and Half moon to strengthen the legs and hips. After that we use a bolster to release tension from our hip flexors and psoas muscles. You’ll need a belt or scarf and a bolster or sturdy pillow.
