Welcome to Day 2 of our Seasonal Reset. This opening session will help you to explore your relationship with what comes up in life. With a talk, journaling exercise and meditation we will get a sense of how the inner work we do helps us to accept and handle our outer world. How by being calm, centred and full of good energy, our relationship with that with which we cannot control, changes for the better.
Please have something to sit on, plus your pen and notebook.
