This practice includes a bit of everything, and touches all the main areas of the body. We incorporate some meditation, breath and mindful moments. We flow, do some strengthening, twists, heart openers, a forward fold and inversion, and end with ample time in a relaxing Savasana. A great practice for when you want to touch all bases, and end feeling balanced and grounded.
