This fairly gentle and mindful practice focuses on finding grace within yourself - physically, mentally, energetically. Grace is defined as ‘the exercise of love, kindness, compassion, mercy and favour’ - let's turn that inward! A gentle centering and warm up precedes a mindful flow, with a little balancing series to bring us fully into the present moment. We'll finish our practice with time for relaxation and a quote attributed to the Buddha.
