Begin this bite-sized burst of a practice with a roll around table top, a few cat-cows and a bit of dog walking before launching right into an arm strengthening, hip opening, core building, forward-folding spin around the mat. A few warrior twos, reverse warriors, side-angles, goddesses and boats inspire some heat before winding down with seated twists and a brief rest.
