This class will help loosen, mobilise and 'oil' your hips. It’s also a mindfulness practice to help you stay with your experience by working with the mantra “Here and now". The invitation is to inwardly say "here" as we inhale and "now" as we exhale. Poses includes Sukhasana with a twist, hip rotations, therapeutic Pigeon (with the help of a brick), some variations of Cow face pose, Wide legged forward bend and a chest opener.
Props (optional): 1 block, 1 blanket or bolster.
