In the third and most gentle class of our mini ‘Office body rehab’ series, we go a little more easy on the core, and instead focus in part on the mental and stress-related aspects that can come up during work. We'll take the time to decompress and down-regulate the nervous system. Then in our flow, we’ll create space in the areas most affected by constant sitting: the hips, hamstrings and spine. We'll end our practice with two lovely supported heart openers, and a nice, relaxing Savasana.
