Find your joy and flow with it! Begin with a brief meditation and mindful breathing. Tune into the inherent joy in your belly, lift it into your heart and head, expand it beyond yourself... Then move through a juicy practice – warming up the hips and hamstrings before cruising through a complete mandala of rolling cobras, dancing warriors, side stretches, triangles and side planks – variations for all levels.
