Slow, smooth movements to move energy and feel what it is like to be alive. Specifically designed as a gentle class for the end of the day, or for slower mornings. This class begins lying on the back with some hip movements and shoulder twists. We make our way to sitting for some spinal awakening and eventually to a standing position. Once standing, we’ll do some shoulder openers followed by a nice body tapping sequence. We finish with alternate nostril breathing.
