This practice is for you if you'd like to relax, empty the mind for a while, and truly give your body a rest. We'll roll the joints and give ourselves a mini face massage to relax tense jaws, eyes and brows. Then we’ll move into a slow and nourishing flow and end with a supported heart opener and guided Savasana. Perfect for when you'd like a gentle break, and a practice that is nurturing and calm.
