Welcome to this all-round practice where we change up how we practice some familiar poses like Dancer’s pose and Standing hand to big toe pose. Some of the focus will be on active mobility. This means we focus on strength at our end ranges of motion. We’ll move and open the whole body in 20 minutes, feeling stronger at the end of it!
Props: 1 block or sturdy pillow or thick book.
