We clear the mind through conscious movement while checking in with our experience to inquire what stays the same? What doesn't change, when you move quickly or slowly, whether you have an expanded experience or a contracted one? What observes it all?
On a physical level we will move through some dynamic movements to warm up the legs and hips, moving into some core and abdominal strengthening work - plus lots of work to open the chest area. We practice breath of joy and a few rounds of reasonably high-paced Sun Salutations. We’ll do a Warrior flow and move from Tree to Half moon pose practice our ability to balance. Then we finish by releasing the quads and hip flexors, and some rest! I would love to know how you feel after this all-round class.
