A class that gets straight to work, strengthening the lower body, legs, glutes, and core. We use Kapalabhati pranayama to warm up the respiratory system and inner body, next a flow of standing and balancing poses to warm up the spine and strengthen the legs and glutes. Then a cool down with a forward bend and a moment of rest to let everything settle within. 10 minutes can do a lot when used well!
