Stag is the acrobatic name of the shape with one leg bent, the other leg straight. This class explores many variations of this shape. From lying on the floor, lunging, balancing, shifting weight and more, we’ll work all around the hip joint in this playful practice that finishes with a Shoulder stand (or alternate pose offered!). Stick around for the Savasana serenade and then step off the mat in awe of being alive and how many different ways you can ‘stag’ your legs!
