Come work on strong and stretchy legs in this fusion of yoga and Pilates. We'll work our quadriceps, hamstrings, and glutes, as well as including a little dose of core work. This is more of a ‘yoga-esque’ flow than a classical Pilates series, so we'll also take plenty of time to centre, stretch and relax at the end.
