A mobility practice for the shoulders and upper back. We begin by rolling the joints of the head, neck and shoulders before moving into some dynamic pulses, exploring different movements of the arms. From there, some lunges to create a whole body experience while keeping shoulder movements as a focus. There are a few moments of rest and stretch before moving onwards to Gate pose with variations. We arrive back down on the floor where you will need some space to 'sweep' the arms around. Finally, some time in Shoulder stand with a shoulder bridge relaxation. You’ll need a block, blanket and some floor space for this class.
