A short class to blast your core! Awaken with Breath of Joy and then Agni Sara Dhauti for your abdominal muscles. Then a playful set of movements that include lunges and core work interspersed between. Some other random movements to activate the core and we finish with some calisthenics-style exercises. After this class, you’ll hopefully feel a bit more alive and strong! This one is meant to be repeated weekly or several times a month to build strength and keep you vibrant. Please have a block and blanket to hand.
