Welcome to this yoga for menopuase class with a focus on Pitta dosha. Ways that excess Pitta can show up during any of the stages of menopause (perimenopause, menopause, post-menopause) include hot flushes, night sweats, rage, irritability, fear and aggression. In this class I guide you through a practice to turn down some of that excess heat and encourage balance. This class is part of the Yoga for Menopause program.
