When we welcome something, kindness flows towards it. We begin with a short meditation, welcoming all aspects of ourselves – all of our genders, differing abilities, racial identities. We welcome all of our joys, our sadnesses, all of those parts of ourselves that we normally don't bring to our practice…The physical practice flows through poses that focus mostly on the hips and twists, plus some gentle core strengthening and a standing flow to work on our strength and balance.
