Welcome to the first class in my Mindful Morning Yoga program!
When we are present for life, fully showing up for all these small, ordinary things that happen everyday and are all around us, the ordinary becomes extraordinary. This is a mellow movement class that creates lots of space around the ribcage and chest to promote easier breathing.
