This complete, gentle morning practice includes the 3 main elements that help us start our day in a balanced and grounded way; breath, meditation, and flow. We practice deep belly breathing as well as breath of fire, and then move into a gentle flow with plenty of twists and stretches, as well as a tiny bit of core activation for good measure. We end with a seated or lying down meditation, and look to infuse the day with whatever quality might be most helpful or uplifting in the moment. Please have 2 blocks, a blanket and a meditation cushion to hand.
