This is a relaxing and restoring meditation, during which we allow abdominal breathing to reveal itself within our bodies. By quieting our body and mind by concentrating on the breath and allowing it to just be as it is, the breath sooner or later sinks into the lower abdomen and will deepen and lengthen all by itself. This will bring forth the qualities of feeling at ease and a softness within and, finally, a settled and coherent mind.
