Come get cozy and join me for some TLC! Grab your favourite props - a bolster/cushion, a block or two, a blanket, and something to place over your eyes are highly recommended but not necessary. This practice is all about letting go, softening, and turning in to your own little bubble for a while. We'll practice a special type of soothing breath (the physiological sigh, as coined by neuroscientist Andrew Huberman), move and flow just a little, and end with some more yin/restorative style poses. We’ll top off with a Yoga Nidra and visualisation. A loving rest for your nervous system!
