This short class is dedicated to the wrists and is intended to offer some relief from strain caused by mobile phone or computer (over)use. We will go through around 20 exercises to move and stretch them. Most of the poses are in a seated position and can also be done in a chair, as long as there is a flat surface for your hands in front of you. Enjoy the exercises and hopefully you can carry them into your daily life to keep your wrists healthy or help them to recover from injury.
