A class designed to move and strengthen the shoulder joints. This class has around 20 exercises to mobilise the shoulders, as well as strengthen the arm muscles. This is a more therapeutic / focused class, like a ’shoulder workout’ and is a great complement to other classes or if you are experiencing issues with shoulder instability. You will need two blocks, a belt and blanket.
