We'll dive straight into practicing in this class, starting with a grounding meditation to help your nervous system to settle. After that, you'll be guided through a series of slowly flowing movements, mostly on the floor (very wrist-friendly), and then moving through a few Sun salutations and hip openers. It's a perfect practice for when you're low on energy, or when your body doesn't feel too happy. It'll get the energy flowing in a gentle way.
